We are excited and proud to work with Pledgeball which is a charity that aims to help eliminate waste and encourage fans to think about their carbon footprint whilst travelling to and from football matches as well as in their every day life.
What is Pledgeball?
Last season, LFCWSC chair Jay Goodall met up with Bristol City Supporters Club & Trust board member Shahan Miah to share their match predictions and show their support and solidarity with Pledgeball founder and CEO Katie Cross.
Liverpool fans smashed their pledges for the Bristol away fixture, where they pledged to save more kg of CO2e per year than the opposition and also went on to win the game and the Women’s Championship league – a great day out for the Reds!
